Eon blinked, surprised by his generous offer. "Oh no, horned sir, I couldn't take your food! I know what it's like to be hungr-" Eon halted, frowning slightly. He really has no control over the words that come out of his mouth. "Excuse me. I do apologize for interrupting your meal. And your conversation. I'm afraid I'm not very socially experienced." Eon said cheerfully, trying to ignore how he had nearly let some very personal information free. "We could join you...? That way we could share tea. Would that be okay? I do need to ask Nat over there about it as well. But it is alright if you don't want us over here. I wouldn't want to intrude!" Eon chirped, then grinned in a hopefully friendly manner. Then Eon looked at the gray-skinned man curiously, trying to not be creepy or rude. He seemed a bit... jumpy. Probably because a stranger had come up and asked an odd question. Had he expected Eon to hurt him? Qunari were attacked too weren't they...? Cause of there religion or something. This one didn't look like the ones in books. So he was... Tal-something? His hair was pretty though.

Amara stared at the loud elves that entered, rolling her eyes a bit. "If you could stop carrying on like an imekari---child," she paused, catching herself. "And spoke to one of the nice women who run the place, you'd get some food." she sighed, looking at Cato and slid her hand down towards her boot. That one next to him was staring rather intently. "Cato, if you'd like we can meet up early and find you something." she offered and sighed. Standing, she moved closer to where he sat, just to be a bit closer just in case. You never knew. "I've found an inn further down the road. Hard to miss, large dragon head out front. Do Nevarrans have a thing with dragons? I know most Qunari do...The things they shout when they fight one."
Shaking her head she looked down at her braid, wondering if it'd be worth it for trinkets. "Tomorrow then? Before crow's call?"

Natriel's ears perked up when the elf spoke to Eon. What did she day? Maybe Eon did carry on like a child but Natriel was the only one allowed to tease him like that and the elf that called him-- what? Imekari? Was that qunlat?-- had another thing coming if she thought Natriel would stand for it. Natriel cleared her throat.
"Ara seranna-ma, seth'lin?" She called out as she stood, a vicious tone in her voice. She grabbed her almost broken staff and padded over to the group. "Maybe you misunderstand. We are foreigners here and were unsure onto how these stablishments work; after all, where we come from, one can make their own tea without paying a shem to do. It has been many miles and we seek to rest our tired feet. My partner here did not," Natriel's teeth clacked as she stopped to take a deep breath. Patience, da'len, patience. "My partner and I did not mean to intrude. I believe you owe him an apology, len'alas leth'din. He is no child."
Natriel spared a second to pat Eon's back in comfort. She inclined her head to the kossith. "Ir'abelas. Your offer is generous but we will not take upon it." Natriel handled the bag of hold on her hip, aware of the shallow action of the move. "We can pay for it ourselves."

Cal was interrupted before she could respond to Amara.
She was getting tired of this; she just wanted some rest. Where did all of these strange people come from so suddenly? Calanthe sighed in frustration.
The elf who had come to the table first was about her height, but he seemed much younger than she. Perhaps it was his innocent demeanor that made him appear so, she thought. Cal crossed her arms, staff in the crook of her elbow, and sent a sympathetic look to Eon. "I'm sorry about this," she told him with a polite smile. "We were just heading out."

Eon shrank back under the other elf's look, alarmed. "I'm sorry, did I offend somehow? I did not... mean to cause annoyance." He turned when he heard footsteps, gaping at the fierce look on Natriel's face. "Nat...?" He asked, before his jaw fell open at her scalding words. Holy shit. Was she... angry? She sure sounded like it. He continued to gape as she gave an abrupt pat to his back, blinking owlishly, mouth still open. He struggled to regain his easygoing composure, which was more difficult than it usually was. "I didn't know you cared." He attempted to sound dramatic, but it came out awed and surprised. He winced again. He was having no luck with talking today was he.
He turned to the horned man, offering a wince and an apologetic smile. His ears perked as the human spoke, and he turned to her and tilted his head. "I'm also sorry. I'm... a Circle mage. I don't understand things... such as this." He gestured to the tearoom, looking sheepish. "I bear no ill will to the lady's suspicious looks, but I do not mean... to act like a child. I apologize." Eon looked down, ears twitching downward in embarrassment. Hopefully his explanations didn't send the three strangers running to any nearby templars. Then they would have to run again. Or at least, he would.

"Eon, you are no child." Natriel said. She twisted her hand in the scruff of Eon's shirt and turned him around. The kid probably weighed a hundred pounds wet. "Don't apologize for their mistakes." She shoved him towards the door and began to follow after him. She sent a final venomous look at the three over her shoulder. "Fen'Harel feast on your bones," she muttered, then to Eon: "Grab your staff and see if you can buy a packet of tea from the 'nice lady'. Our elfroot aupply is already low."

If one were to describe how Calanthe felt after the encounter, the word "stunned" would come to mind. She had her fair share of brash words being thrown at her, but the suddeness of the situation caught her off-guard. She frowned as the poor boy was practically man-handled and sent away like a little toy soldier. Of course he was a Circle mage, flouncing about like he had no idea what was happening. Well, he didn't quite actually know what was happening. If he had stayed at the table longer, Cal wanted to comfort him somehow, but the two were already on their way.
"...Sounds like a plan," Cal told to her acquaintances as she watched the two elves go. "I'm...going to my room. Upstairs. I'll see you then, crow's call and all? Or, whenever ya' need me." And with a slight wave to her new traveling mates, Calanthe left the table to search for her room. She had enough social interaction for one day.

Eon let out an indignant squawk as he was picked up and turned like a mischievous cub, flailing a bit. He stumbled when his feet touched the ground, then was ushered away by Natriel. He huffed and obediently walked to get his staff, still propped up my his seat. He sent the human lady, the really suspicious elven lady, and the horned guy another apologetic look before walking over to the human lady who looked kind of warily at his staff and asked for a packet of tea. The horned guy seemed nice though. As did the human lady. He still couldn't shake the feeling he'd upset the elven lady. Were she and the Tal-whatsits dating? Or good friends? Or was she just pissed at his observing. He had blinked and everything! He wasn't staring... much. His staring was probably it. With a sigh, Eon grabbed the tea packet and frowned. What now?
