World State:
The World State is set during the time after the Blight, but prior to the Breach at the Conclave.
Rules:
1. Be excellent to each other. Yes, the obligatory Golden Rule. While this game is intended to be very open-ended, this is still a collaborative hobby and almost inevitably compromises are going to have to be made. Respect boundaries. Harassment and bullying of other players will not be tolerated.
2. IC =/= OOC. Negative CR with other characters does not mean the players dislike you. Don't get so invested in the outcomes of IC arguments that you take them into OOC venues or everyone's gonna have a bad time.
3. Don't godmode. Simply put, don't decide what happens to characters that aren't yours. If something you want your character to do would significantly impact someone else, it's always polite to ask!
4. Bring your concerns to the mods. We're open to good advice or concerns you may have about something, or issues between players. You can privately messages both the mods and the admin, so don't be afraid to bring something up.
5. Warn for NSFW or potentially triggering content. Nsfw content should be taken to PM
6. Most posts unless otherwise specified should be written as prose. If you wish to use a more script style/action bracket style of writing, please establish this at the start of the thread. Please do not mix writing styles, simply for ease of reading.
7. The current character limit is set at 5, though should you want more or wish to retire a character and swap them out for another one, just check with a mod.
8. No canon characters! This roleplay is focussed on original characters in Thedas! This also means no canon characters interaction - characters can have a vague understanding of more influential characters (such as the Divine) but no close or personal interactions are allowed.
- This RP operates on the Bioware Default World State up to the events of Inquisition;
- The Hero of Ferelden was a female Dalish Elf, who enacted the Ultimate Sacrifice, killing herself and the Archdemon
- Anora and Alistair jointly rule Ferelden
- All companions remain alive and well
- The Champion of Kirkwall is a Male Mage, who Sided with the Mages and had a Diplomatic personality
- The Sabrae Clan was not killed
- Anders’ fate is unknown
- Neither heroes took a Love Interest
- Sten is the current Arishok
- The Nevarran Accord was dissolved, freeing all mages (background on the Nevarran Accord dragonage.wikia.com/wiki/Nevarran_Accord )
