She shrugged, and toyed with the edges of a card in her hand, making sure she didn't mark up the cards as she did so.

The man beside her was taking a good long while to look at his cards. He hadn't even drawn yet. He picked pursed his lips and squinted at the cards. Surely, it could not be so difficult to find to that did or did not match.
